When developing SPORTEX Genium spinning rods, our goal was to create a rod that was extremely thin, fast and durable. The feather-light blank is made from the finest Japanese high-performance carbon, giving it semi-parabolic action and excellent casting characteristics. The rod handle is split with a 3K carbon finish and fitted with a sturdy ergonomically shaped Seaguide XSS reel seat.
