The plastisol SaBoFlex sold by us is mixed with a heat stabilizer from the manufacturer, which protects the liquid rubber during heating from overheating and subsequent deterioration - valid up to a limit of approx. 200 °C. However, by repeated heating and solidification of unused plastisol during casting, the heat stabilizer evaporates and loses its ability. Therefore, it is a good idea to add a few drops of fresh stabilizer to the already used plastisol each time it is heated up again for best results.
