3M ABEK1 filter (2pcs)

3M 6059 ABEK1 are EN 14387 certified gas/vapour filters for workshop use wherever fumes and vapours are part of the job. In practice, this is the right filter type for soft bait making (plastisol, pigments, cleaners) and other tasks with stronger vapours.

What ABEK1 covers:
→ A: organic vapours (typical workshop vapours / solvents)
→ B: inorganic gases
→ E: acid gases
→ K: ammonia & derivatives
→ class 1 = standard workshop exposure (not heavy industrial extremes)

Compatibility:
→ fits 3M bayonet respirators (half masks and 6000-series full face masks)
→ best paired with a full face respirator for maximum comfort and long-session protection

Note for lead work:
Lead casting/grinding can also generate particles/aerosols. For a complete setup, consider adding particle filtration as well (depending on your conditions and the manufacturer’s recommendations).
