The BKK Competition Circle Light Wire features a wide gap and our Super Slide SS coating that enhances the penetration performance, easing the sliding of the bait onto the hook. All of these key features help deliver the best hooked-to-landed ratio when fishing live bait like goggle eyes for billfish and other saltwater species. In addition to the circle hook design, the inline point keeps the hook from catching the gut cavity or throat, making it ideal for catch-and-release and qualifying it as tournament approved.

Super-Slide
The coating enchanses the penetration ability of the hook by its extremely low friction capabilities.In practical testing it can penetrate fish’s mouth with a little bit of power,however due its low coefficient of friction,the adherence of the bait on the hook is not optimal,although Super-Slide is somewhat corrosion resistant,it is best used on single hooks and trebles for saltwater and freshwater aplication.
