BKK Stinger Rig BB Trigger-21 1/0

Product detailed description

BKK BB Trigger-21 SS 1/0 is a ready-made two-treble rig for large soft baits. It lets you rig the belly without a heavy jighead and adjust weighting to suit the desired fall and retrieve.

The front screw-in spring attaches inside the head of the bait. A stiff structure made from tempered stainless-steel components follows the lower profile, while plastic-coated pins hold it in the body. Stainless-steel swivels provide rotating connection points to help manage twisting forces during a fight.

Spear-21 SS trebles use the Super Slide finish to support point penetration. SS identifies the hook coating here; it does not mean the treble hooks themselves are stainless steel.

For this size, 18–22 cm is a starting range rather than a guarantee of fit. A slender soft jerkbait and a deep-bodied shad of equal length may require different rig proportions. Keep the hooks clear of the tail and each other. BB weights can adjust the fall; the included 2.5 g refers to the weight, not the mass of the whole rig.

Screw the spring in straight, place the pins without distorting the bait and test its action close to shore. Watch the lure during slow retrieves and pauses. Check all connections, swivels and hook points before fishing.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

What is included?

One complete stinger rig with two treble hooks and an included 2.5 g weight.

Which bait length suits size 1/0?

Use 18–22 cm as a starting range. Body length and depth, tail position and free hook movement also determine fit.

What does SS rigging mean?

Spear-21 SS trebles have the low-friction Super Slide coating. The rig frame and treble hooks are different components.

Is 2.5 g the weight of the whole rig?

No. It refers to the included weight for adjusting the fall; the rig itself has its own mass.
