How your enquiry is passed on

1. Contact SAF

SAF will receive and record your enquiry. We will clarify your dates, group and interest in an itinerary or individual services. Your initial discussion is with us.

2. We arrange the next step with the partner

Based on your interests, we will arrange the next step with the local partner at Playa Leona Beach Resort. Before sharing your contact details, we will explain the recipient, purpose and scope of the proposed disclosure. This page does not forward your details automatically; any disclosure must meet the applicable data protection requirements.

3. The provider confirms a specific offer

The relevant provider confirms availability, the precise service scope, final price, and payment and cancellation terms. Before a binding booking and payment, you must know whom you are contracting with, whom you pay, and who handles changes, cancellations and complaints.

4. Book and pay the relevant provider

In this section, SAF handles the initial contact and referral of your enquiry. SAF does not accept binding bookings or payments for the stays and services shown here. Reading an itinerary or sending a non-binding enquiry does not confirm a reservation.

The resort brand or a contact person’s name does not replace the full legal identity of the contracting party in a specific offer. This process does not limit your statutory rights or each party’s responsibilities under applicable law.

How SAF uses your enquiry details
