BKK Stinger Rig BB Trigger-21 UVO 4/0

Product detailed description

BKK BB Trigger-21 UVO 4/0 is a ready-made two-treble rig for large soft baits. It lets you rig the belly without a heavy jighead and adjust weighting to suit the desired fall and retrieve.

The front screw-in spring attaches inside the head of the bait. A stiff structure made from tempered stainless-steel components follows the lower profile, while plastic-coated pins hold it in the body. Stainless-steel swivels provide rotating connection points to help manage twisting forces during a fight.

Orange Spear-21 UVO hooks add a bright colour detail. Their UV reaction depends on UV light available in the water; they are not self-glowing in complete darkness.

For this size, 30+ cm is a starting range rather than a guarantee of fit. A slender soft jerkbait and a deep-bodied shad of equal length may require different rig proportions. Keep the hooks clear of the tail and each other. BB weights can adjust the fall; the included 2.5 g refers to the weight, not the mass of the whole rig.

Screw the spring in straight, place the pins without distorting the bait and test its action close to shore. Watch the lure during slow retrieves and pauses. Check all connections, swivels and hook points before fishing.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

What is included?

One complete stinger rig with two treble hooks and an included 2.5 g weight.

Which bait length suits size 4/0?

Use 30+ cm as a starting range. Body length and depth, tail position and free hook movement also determine fit.

What does UVO add?

The orange UV-reactive finish of the Spear-21 UVO trebles. It needs available UV light to react.

Is 2.5 g the weight of the whole rig?

No. It refers to the included weight for adjusting the fall; the rig itself has its own mass.
