The Deluxe option combines the concept of the former deluxe and family bungalows into one clear and practical offer. Compared to the Superior option, the location and equipment are slightly simpler, but we are still talking about comfortable and well-functioning accommodation within the same resort concept. The difference is not dramatic – Deluxe is simply the more practical and flexible option for guests who do not need the best location in the resort, but still want pleasant and comfortable accommodation.

One of the main advantages is the layout itself. Deluxe Bungalow offers 1 king size bed and 1 futon, so it works well for 3 adults, or for 3 adults and 1 small child. This makes it a very interesting choice for a family, for a couple with a child, or for a smaller group that wants more flexibility in sleeping arrangements and in the overall structure of the trip.

Bungalow Features

Deluxe bungalow offers fully equipped and practically designed accommodation for a comfortable stay in Costa Rica. The bungalow includes a kitchenette with a fridge with water dispenser and freezer, an oven with grill, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, blender, and basic cooking equipment. Glasses, mugs, wine glasses, salt, sugar, coffee, and tea are also available. There is also a tropical outdoor bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, a king size bed 200 × 200 cm, a futon / extra bed 160 × 200 cm with orthopedic mattress, a large wardrobe, and plenty of storage space. The bungalow also features a covered outdoor terrace with seating, air conditioning, hot water, Wi-Fi, TV, private entrance, and ground-floor access.

Restaurant

Part of the resort is the La Tortuga restaurant, located just a few steps from the ocean and adding to the relaxed atmosphere of the entire stay. Guests can enjoy a pleasant setting for breakfast, dinner, and quiet seating during the day.

Resort Grounds

The resort grounds are surrounded by beautiful tropical greenery and feel airy, natural, and peaceful. Indicative Accommodation Pricing

Accommodation prices at Beach Resort Playa Leona change according to the season and the length of stay. The listed amounts should therefore be understood as an indicative pricing framework intended to provide a basic idea of the stay. The final offer is always confirmed individually according to the specific travel date, number of guests, and selected accommodation option.

During most standard periods, the price is around 2,860 CZK per bungalow per night for stays of 1 to 6 nights, or around 2,750 CZK per night for stays of 7 nights or longer. More favourable periods are mainly September and October, when prices are approximately 2,640 CZK, or 2,420 CZK for longer stays. Higher prices should be expected mainly in November and in the first part of December, when the price list states 3,960 CZK per night, or 3,740 CZK for longer stays. The Christmas period from 18 December to 25 December is listed at 4,840 CZK per night, while the New Year period from 26 December to 4 January is listed at 6,380 CZK per night. For January to April 2027, the listed rate is 4,180 CZK per night, or 3,960 CZK for longer stays.

The price list also includes breakfast, airport transfer, and additional surcharges depending on the specific type of stay. The base price is listed for 1 bungalow / night / 1–2 persons without breakfast. Breakfast is charged separately, as is the airport transfer and any additional guest. Payment terms are set at 30% upon booking and 70% upon arrival. Cancellation terms state 30% of the stay price if cancelled 2 months or less before arrival.

For the Deluxe option occupied by 2 persons only, please expect the price to be approximately 5% lower than the Superior option. If Deluxe is occupied by a third person, the price is handled according to the current rate list and the specific structure of the stay.
