Guideline NT11 Saline is the flagship single-hand saltwater rod range from Guideline, built for anglers who need high line speed, sharp accuracy, low fatigue and real strength when fighting powerful coastal and tropical fish. This is not a trout rod made slightly stronger for saltwater. NT11 Saline is a true coastal / tropical tool for wind, fast second shots, bigger flies and fish that instantly test the lower part of the blank after the strike.

The rod has a Mid / Tip Flex action with Super Fast Recovery. It recovers extremely quickly, but it does not feel harsh, dead or unpleasantly stiff. The tip and middle section help with accuracy, presentation and line control, while the lower blank adds the power needed to lift line from the water, punch casts into wind and control stronger fish. The result is a saltwater rod with serious performance, but still with a smooth, readable and enjoyable casting feel.

The blank is built around T1100 CAP Technology. Guideline combines high-modulus 46T low-resin material, high-strength T1100 graphite, a complex axial carbon-scrim structure and reinforced high-strength resin to create a blank with very low weight, extremely fast recovery, excellent stability under load and the strength needed when a normal single-hand rod quickly reaches its limit.
