The Lee EL3452 heater coil is a replacement heating element for Lee Pro 4-20. This version is rated at 700 W / 220 V. It must match the European appliance version and specified replacement part. Replacing a heater will not repair a faulty thermostat or damaged wiring.
Choose the replacement by model, voltage and part number, rather than pot capacity alone. The Pro 4-20 uses a different heater from the smaller Precision Melter and Production Pot IV. EM2065 is not its replacement.
The 220 V designation follows the Lee replacement parts list. It does not establish compatibility with an unrelated 230/240 V furnace.
Practical procedure
- Identify the furnace model, voltage and specified replacement part before ordering.
- Have the fault diagnosed and the replacement carried out by a qualified person.
- Have electrical safety and correct operation verified before returning the appliance to use.
The offer is for one replacement heater coil. A furnace, thermostat and additional service components are not included. Preserve the original protective features and the construction specified by the manufacturer.
The Lyman digital lead casting thermometer can monitor the melt during normal operation. It does not replace the furnace thermostat or any electrical safety component.
This is a mains electrical component. Do not attempt unqualified repairs, alter the wiring or bypass protective features. Before servicing, the furnace must be disconnected, completely cool and prepared safely in accordance with its manual. Do not operate a damaged appliance.

No. EL3452 belongs to the corresponding European Pro 4-20. Precision Melter and Production Pot IV use EM2065.
Is matching wattage sufficient?
No. The model, voltage, part number and construction must all match.
Can I use it in a 110 V furnace?
No. Use the manufacturer-specified 110 V replacement for a 110 V appliance.
Is a thermostat included?
No. This offer contains the replacement heater coil only.
