SAF PLASTI-X ZULU represents a distinctive branch of our handmade soft bait range, built primarily for pike fishing. At first glance, it is clear that this lure has a different character from finer or more universal profiles. The body shape, overall silhouette and rear section all follow the logic of lures that pike have responded to extremely well for years – a stronger profile, active movement and the impression of a larger, living prey item.

The ZULU series also builds on the principle of the old proven double-tail pike twisters that many anglers still remember as highly effective pike lures. That kind of rear section gives the bait a seductive movement pike love. Although ZULU is primarily a pike lure, it also works very well for versatile spinning in Norway. For pollock, coalfish, cod and other saltwater predators, it is an interesting option in everyday spinning from the boat and anywhere an active lure worked through the water column makes sense.
