The SAF Method Series Brown plastic frame forms the body of a method feeder. Its color is brown. This offer is for the plastic segment; the lead weight and casting mold are sold separately.
The frame is used with matching lead parts from SAF Method Series 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80 g molds. These are six separate molds in the same range. A method feeder name alone does not establish compatibility with unrelated products.
Fit the lead only after cooling and deburring. Secure it at four points with pliers as required by this system. Check seating and every joint; the plastic must remain free from cracks and deformation.
Apply any lead coating before final assembly, according to its instructions. A lead coating is not automatically suitable for the plastic frame. Keep the plastic away from pouring and heat-curing operations.
Choose packs of 10, 50, 100 or 500. Include the complete feeder and groundbait when assessing the load on the rod; the mold weight refers to the lead part. Discount codes cannot be applied to this product.

Preparation and use
- Select a matching SAF Method Series mold and lead-part weight.
- Allow the casting to cool completely, deburr it and complete any coating.

- Check joints, plastic condition and the complete rig; weigh the first assembled feeder.
Before making a larger batch, check the first finished piece and the complete assembly. Assess the component dimensions together with its shape, attachment method and the requirements of the particular mold or rig.
Working safely
Do not place the plastic segment in a mold containing molten metal or expose it to heat-curing operations. Protect your hands and eyes when using pliers. Do not use a cracked or damaged frame.
