When depth, current or wind gets serious, lighter feeders tend to drift and “walk” off the spot. The 70 g version is made for situations where you need full control of the feeding spot and the rig must stay exactly where you put it.
The extra weight helps the feeder drop faster with less drag on the way down, it sits more stable on the bottom even when the flow pushes hard, and it keeps your setup consistent cast after cast. The mould is designed for clean, repeatable lead inserts, and assembly into the SAF Method Series plastic body is quick and straightforward.
